OSTEOPATHY

Osteopaths treat clients across the lifespan. They provide effective pain relief for low back pain, neck pain, pain arising during and after pregnancy, headaches, shoulder pain, arthritis and more.

What to expect:

A thorough medical history with discussion.  We need to know a fair bit about you in order to help you.

Physical assessment which may include observations of movement, range of motion testing, orthopeadic testing and neurological testing.  Some disrobing may be requested.

Treatment is one-on-one and an initial consult is up to 60minutes.

Expect some education.  This will be around what's caused your symptoms and the complexity of pain.

Expect some hands on massage, joint mobilisation, stretching, possible joint manipulation.

We will advise on lifestyle, exercise and rehabilitation if required.  It's up to you to accept it.
